How does tipping work?

Tipping your crew is a wholly optional, not-required part of your services. Anything you feel compelled to contribute to your crew can and should be between you and them. SPARKULOUS does not handle collection and or distribution of non-service-related funds.

What days are you in my neighborhood?

SPARKULOUS is almost as obsessed with efficiencies as we are excellent cleans. We build our routes based on geographic areas which helps keep our cost to you as low as possible.

What happens if I need to modify or cancel?

SCHEDULE CHANGES - Life happens and we totally understand!

With 72 hours notice, we are happy to reschedule your clean with no additional charges.

Less than 72 hours, our scheduling becomes a bit more tricky and as such, it's harder to replace your time slot with another customer. We ask that you understand our need to place a $99 rebooking ticket on to your account.

Sick or sick of seeing people (even if they're cleaning your house)? No problem. At 24 hours or less, we already have your crew assigned and we wont be able to replace your booking with another customer. This includes homes where access isn't available. Thank you for allowing us to place a fully cleaned invoice on to your account and we'll see you on the other side.

Do you offer other services other than cleaning?

Cleaning your home is our primary duty. We focus on that and doing it really well. From time to time, however, we want to remain your go-to and, schedule permitting, we can work in some special requests. You trust us in your home after all, right?

Staying on the cleaning tract, we offer off-hour and party services. Having a party at your home and want us to tend to the bathrooms, common areas and address clearing of tables? We do that!

How do you bill?

After your job, you will be sent an emailed invoice with a payable link attached. Cards are happily accepted with no additional fees. If you wish for us to automatically charge your card in the future, that can also be arranged.

Will I get the same crew every time?

If we clean for you on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, your crew will be the same - schedule, sickness or vacation exceptions may apply. If your services are monthly or less frequent, we are very happy to accept special requests but will otherwise assign the best team for your route and clean.

What do you charge?

SPARKULOUS has a scaled model that represents the level of clean we are able to achieve each clean. Regular cleanings of the weekly and bi-weekly variety mean we have established a baseline clean for the home and therefore have the ability to work in the most efficient manner possible. These homes benefit from a discounted rate of clean.

Monthly cleans and a la carte cleans require a deeper dive and larger variability of condition from visit. Their rates are slightly higher to achieve a consistent, reliable and SPARKULOUS-standard of cleanliness.

What time will my crew arrive (what is considered 'on time?)

Your arrival time will always be quoted as an exact time but we do ask that you kindly allow us a :15 variable to account for any traffic or weather-related delays.
