SCHEDULE CHANGES - Life happens and we totally understand!
- With 72 hours notice, we are happy to reschedule your clean with no additional charges.
- Less than 72 hours, our scheduling becomes a bit more tricky and as such, it's harder to replace your time slot with another customer. We ask that you understand our need to place a $99 rebooking ticket on to your account.
- Sick or sick of seeing people (even if they're cleaning your house)? No problem. At 24 hours or less, we already have your crew assigned and we wont be able to replace your booking with another customer. This includes homes where access isn't available. Thank you for allowing us to place a fully cleaned invoice on to your account and we'll see you on the other side.
